 My name is Ashwani Singh. For 10 years I did many small and big jobs in different places. After that I was able to collect some money. I became proficient in hotel line, bank line, teaching line, freelancing etc. I was bored living in a rented house. Now I thought of buying my own house. When I inquired from friends and property dealers, they showed me many houses. Eventually I liked a bungalow. Because it was being sold for a penny. I bought it. I got the house cleaned and renovated.
